The shape of the hour
Name it, then explain it, then measure it
The order is the argument. Explaining the mechanism before she has heard her own night described accurately is the fastest way to lose the room, so act one does no explaining at all.

Open on the title and hold it. Introduce yourself in two sentences, name the three states, and say out loud that this is a class and not a consult.

Set the boundary early so nothing later reads as a pitch. Say what she leaves with instead: a clear account of what was measured and what was not.

Production notes
Four rules for the record day
These are the constraints that keep the finished hour looking like a physician made it rather than a funnel did.

No stock imagery of tired women
The visual rule for the deck is the same as for the ads: real daylight, natural skin texture, no lab-coat set dressing, and no before-and-after of anybody's body. Most slides are type only, and that is deliberate.

Numerals carry the through-line
The 01-06 numerals on the marker slides are the same ones on the registration page and the Instagram carousel. Someone who saw the ad should recognise the panel slide.

One call to action, on slide 24
No bonus stack, no countdown, no repeated ask. The credibility of the hour is what converts it, and a second ask spends that.

Cut on the sentence
Record straight to camera and cut on completed sentences rather than on music beats. Chapter marks land at 0:00, 6:00, 16:00, 31:00, 43:00 and 51:00.
